When looking through my analytics to determine blog post ideas for this year, I noticed that for the last two years, my most popular post has been my winter sorority recruitment outfit guide! I shared this the winter of my sophomore year, a year after I had gone through winter recruitment myself, and I feel that now it could use a little update provided that it's so well-loved amongst many of you going through the process year after year!

What To Wear To a Summer Internship (Under $100!)

I started my internship for the summer exactly a week ago, and the dress code is much more strict than I experienced last year! Last summer I interned at my high school and built a new website for the school and managed/planned a lot of the social media content throughout the summer months. I really loved the projects I worked on; it was exciting to manage such a big project on my own, use a little bit of my coding skills, and make content plans. This summer, I have accepted a communications internship at a Fortune 500 company just outside of Milwaukee, and the structure is a little more composed than last year's casual, comfortable environment.

Outfit Ideas for Class (That Aren't Leggings!)

I think it's time I admit that I have a problem when it comes to getting dressed for class. I am always in leggings or workout clothes, and I don't think I've ever done my hair intentionally to look half-put together for my 9 AM's. Never mind that the most makeup you'll find on me is a swipe of mascara and maybe some chapstick on a good time. It's becoming a serious issue. I need to pull it together. Maybe with a little outfit inspiration, I might be inspired to ditch the leggings and put on a just-as-easy outfit with jeans and a sweater. Plus, putting on "real" clothes shouldn't mean sacrificing comfort! With a cozy sweater and cute and comfortable shoes, it's really like a nicer version of your homeless-man outfit ;)

Easy Fall Outfit Combos

Yesterday at Lehigh we had Open Houses for all of the panhellenic sororities here on campus. This basically means any of the freshman girls interested in Greek Life and rushing a sorority next semester came out and we were split into groups where we visited each of the nine sorority chapters. The day was pretty long and really tiring talking to three girls one-on-one for twenty minutes at each house without breaks, but it was fun to get a chance to see each house and the vibe of the girls inside. I definitely have a good idea of which house I want to rush and I am excited for the whole process in January... I think rush will be a great way for me to start to feel more at home here at Lehigh!

With events like these comes a little stress of what to wear, but I am definitely more comfortable creating outfits in the fall than during any other season because so many of my clothes are neutral and easy to layer and mix and match. I wore my favorite boots, black pants, and my Barbour with a light sweater since it's finally starting to get chilly out. However, I noticed a really cute trend on campus is moto pants paired with booties and a cute sweater or poncho! I created a few combinations of that look below. I am really into the moto pants look and I'm dying to add a cute poncho and a new pair of booties to my wardrobe.

What to Wear: Graduation Party Outfit Guide

I can't really believe this is it. The last four years of high school are all wrapping up for me this week.... tomorrow is my last day of school, followed by my last exams, and then Friday is my graduation! My graduation party will be on Saturday since all of my family is going to be in town, but I can't even wrap my head around how many Facebook event invites keep popping up in my notifications for invites to even more graduation parties! I seriously feel like I need to start writing everything out on a calendar. I swear my weekends feel booked until July! I'm not complaining though, there really is no better way to celebrate four years of hard work and accomplishments not only for yourself, but for your friends too, than by dressing up and having fun.

With all of the invites of course comes that (not-so) little pressure to wear a cute new outfit to every single party. This definitely won't be the case for me as I have my fair share of summer dresses and Lilly skirts that I'm planning to re-wear this season, but there's no harm in finding a few new pieces to don as well. I've shopped around for the cutest summer skirts and casual dresses, as well as tops and sandals to form the official graduation party guest outfit guide! Whether your attending your boyfriend's backyard barbecue, your best friend's open house, or a country club soiree, you'll definitely find something below that you'll want to wear.

What To Wear to a Football Game

First off, I want to say thank you to everyone who sent the sweetest birthday wishes on social media! I did pass my driver's test, and I do have a car- very exciting! Stay tuned for a little peak into my present coming next week. For now, I'm sharing what I would wear to a football game. Tonight is the first game of the school year! Depending on the weather I might have to opt for shorts, but I can always pull out this ensemble out for another week.

I almost always sport my Converse to these types of things because they (obviously!) make me look sporty... Or, at least I feel sporty in them. I also like to keep it casual by pairing a distressed pair of jeans with a field jacket. I love my trusty J. Crew Jacket (women's is sold out, but you can get the girl's version!), but the option from Madewell above is too cute, too. Of course, a cute crossbody is necessary for all necessities and an easy accessory. I'm excited for tonight's game, what are you up to this weekend?
