How is it already December?! The weather here has been super mild, in the 50s everyday, so it's hard to believe we're expecting snow, or rather, Christmastime anytime soon. To attempt to get in the holiday spirit despite the warmer weather and my later exam schedule this year (I'm at school until the 21st!), I thought it would be fun to create a winter bucket list that hopefully you can all use too! I realistically won't be able to do all of this during this month because I'll mostly be at school and then I'm heading straight to Dallas for Christmas, but throughout winter break I'm hoping to cross off a few of these items from the list.

Dreaming of Fall
9/19/16
As much as I love summer and all it entails... vacations, birthdays, sunsets, no school, morning runs and beach afternoons... fall is still my favorite season. Something about the weather and the layering up in cozy sweaters and boots just makes me fall in love with the whole atmosphere for a few months. I'm also a sucker for pumpkin anything (call me basic) and the smells of spices and leaves.
The outfit below has me dreaming of what I'll be wearing once the awkward transition weather passes through and I can wear a sweater and jeans without melting in the afternoon!

What are you dreaming about wearing this season?

Living in Wisconsin, I've become a pro when it comes to dressing for the cold. Finding cute jackets that actually keep you warm? Check. Snow boots that don't look like they'd fit a potato better than your real foot? Check. Today I'm sharing a few ways to transition your fall jackets into winter coats because sadly, it's already getting a little cold out for some of us.
Your cool military jacket you wore to the haunted house, pumpkin patch, and even apple picking doesn't have to be your only outwear with a little flair. When opting for something warmer later this seasons, try a duffle or toggle coat, maybe even with a funky fur hood if you're feeling it.
