This Massive Fur Coat Saved My Winter Wardrobe

When it comes to my style, I tend to gravitate towards the same things every time I shop. A sweater in a million colors? I want it in black. Jeans in 20 different styles? Straight leg, high rise. Lately I've come to realize that my style is a lot less spontaneous than I thought; most of my everyday outfits consist of the same, simple and unsurprising pieces. This winter, when I went on Rent The Runway to pick my four pieces for the month, I saw this coat and knew I needed it. I love anything over the top, emerald green, or furry, but it's rare I'll find a combination of my favorite things in a piece that's still as functional as it is fabulous.

I love a neutral outfit, especially when it's a comfortable one that incorporates a great pair of jeans and sneakers. I'm going to stop saying I hate everything in my wardrobe for a minute and chat about why I love each of the pieces in this outfit.

A Pretty Red Dress with Rent The Runway

Happy Valentine's Day! Tonight my best friends and I are planning do to our usual Thursday rounds, which means going out on campus and hanging out. Although I don't have any fancy plans, this pretty red dress is perfect to share on this day that celebrates everything red and pink! I actually wore this dress for Christmas, but I never got around to sharing the photos. I wanted to share it today before it was too late.

Winter Style Inspiration

Yesterday I shared that I'm planning to sell a good chunk of my wardrobe on Poshmark! So now, I think it would be fitting to show a little outfit inspiration of what I'd love to be wearing this season instead. I always find myself gravitating towards the same things... a simple sweater, my favorite jeans, and a staple accessory like boots and a coat that's a little bit of a step up from your average piece of outerwear. However, I'm tired of my same old pieces, and I think these options are much better fit! I came up with three different concepts that I absolutely adore right now.

Hey everyone! With the current KonMari / Marie Kondo trend, I've finally gotten around to putting some of my clothing on my Poshmark. The whole idea behind the method (in case you haven't seen it all over the internet and other blogs in the last few weeks!) is to get rid of anything that doesn't "spark joy" to you anymore. Lately I've been feeling uninspired with my wardrobe, so I just decided to sell anything that I've had for a while or that no longer "sparks joy" for me when I wear it. I'm going through a little bit of seasonal challenge with my clothes right now where I feel like I hate everything and just want to start over completely, so please feel free to make me offers lower than the listed prices if you want to. Current Pink Loves / Valentine's Day Gift Guide

How is Valentine's Day one week from today!!! I feel like New Year's was just yesterday, but at the same time feels like a year ago already. I'm so disoriented these days I don't even know what's going on. Anyways, with Valentine's Day just a week away, I thought it would be fun to share some current pink things I am loving! I love anything pink, even though my day-to-day style incorporates strictly neutrals. SO, a holiday that's dedicated to pink and chocolate is right up my alley.
