 1. Happy Friday, hello November, hope everyone had a great Halloween, and happy holidays I guess?!? Haha, this week has been kind of crazy! I am personally a fan of Halloween and loved watching the parade here in NYC on Tuesday night. I really tried to soak up as much as I could of October before waking up to holiday gift guides and holiday party ideas all on social media Wednesday morning.

2. Now that we are moving into the holiday season, I've begun my annual gift guides! I personally haven't even started to think about gift-giving, but I know a lot of people are far more proactive than I am, so I wanted to get the gift guides going. I started yesterday with "my wishlist" to give inspiration to anyone trying to think of something to ask for when their mom, aunt, grandmother, etc. inevitably asks!

3. Of course, I also published the November mood board this week! If you're new, I make these free desktop & iPhone wallpapers every single month!

4. As of this week, it's officially cold in NYC. It was 36 the other morning when I headed out for my workout! I had to pull out my puffer! I've been reaching for this sweater nonstop as it's been one of my favorites of the past month, and it's sooo warm and cozy.

5. Speaking of favorites - I published a recent favorites post just a few weeks ago, but a few pieces that I want to especially call out are:

-- this sweater comes as no surprise if you follow closely on IG, haha. I've been wearing this almost every day for the past couple of weeks! It is the perfect sweater! (I have it in my usual size M and I would not suggest sizing down)

-- this skirt was such a random purchase last month, that I actually thought I'd end up returning it. That was, of course, before my DM's flooded with questions about the deets and I knew I had to keep it! It's so comfortable and cute, and I'm looking forward to coming up with more ways to style it. (I have it in my usual size 6 but if you're in between you could go down)

-- this perfume has been my go-to for everyday wear over the past few months. It is so light and clean, and perfectly simple but still enticing.

-- these earrings! I've been super into silver lately and something about the shape of these under $40 earrings does wonders for my face, especially when my hair is back in a bun. I am obsessed with not only how they look, but for some reason, I feel like they make my face look significantly prettier haha - is that crazy to say? Everyone needs them.

6. Speaking of my hair in a bun, I finally posted a bun tutorial yesterday! This is my favorite hair product for slicking back fly-aways.

7. Currently reading this book and going to start this one this weekend before book club next week!

8. This has been my favorite soup recipe again this season - so easy, delicious, and a crowd-pleaser! I made it for a couple girlfriends on Halloween and we all loved it. Joe and I also made it when I was in Dallas and couldn't get enough!

9. I wouldn't be me if I didn't have a favorite lip gloss to share, lol. This one is simply fabulous and the shade is perfect for fall (a classic gloss but slightly darker sheen!). If you haven't jumped on the bandwagon yet, you could also try the mini set to find your favorite. Trust me, you will not be disappointed. I absolutely love these lip glosses (I have two - the vanilla beige, and the cherry) and was so surprised by how much they wowed me.

10. Happy Weekend!!! It is marathon weekend here in NYC and I am soooo excited to watch the race. One of my good friends is running it this year and I can't wait to cheer her on. I've never been in town for NYC Marathon weekend before and I just know I'm going to cry and start telling everyone I'm running next year, lol. I'm so excited!

What are your weekend plans? Hope it's a great one!
