Winter Break Cozy Outfit + Bucket List Collab

Can you believe Christmas is only a few days away? As per usual, the season has gone by so fast. I am flying out to Rhode Island today, and I'll be spending Christmas with my Dad's family in Boston. After, I am so excited to spend a few days in New York before returning in time for New Years! Ever since the cookie exchange, I have been devouring cookies like crazy (they're all so good!) and since my exams ended last Friday, I've been loving my time to do nothing but just relax and hang out with my friends.

Today I am excited to be collaborating with Meg to share our Winter Break Bucket Lists! This winter break I want to...

Have a Friendsmas // My friends and I technically had one on Sunday night, and it was a ton of fun including a dinner and gift exchange. We also continued the fun onto Monday morning when we reunited for an impromptu brunch at one of the girl's houses! However, I think it would be a ton of fun to do it all over again because who says once is enough?!

Go Ice Skating // I used to be really into figure skating and I would go ice skating with my dad and my friends all the time, but with the lack of snow and cold temperatures, the rink near my house hasn't even opened! I'm hoping in New York I'll be able to hit up a rink there and go skating for an evening or afternoon.

Have a Movie Marathon // Last year for Christmas all I did was binge-watch Netflix, I swear, and I got through too many seasons of Grey's Anatomy than I care to admit. This winter break, I would love to just spend a whole day in pajamas watching Christmas movies and snuggling up.

Accomplish a DIY  // Getting crafty is so fun and I feel like I haven't done it in forever! This peppermint bath bomb recipe would be super fun to make and also so incredibly cozy to soak with in a bubble bath.

Decorate a Gingerbread House // I was thinking about this the other day, and I realized that I don't know if I have ever legitimately decorated a gingerbread house before, and I think that definitely has to change.

Volunteer // I love doing service, and for a while I went almost every Saturday. However, I haven't been back in forever and in the spirit of the holidays, when I return from my trip next Tuesday, I would love to go out and get back into the volunteering grind. Doing a little service at a food pantry, elderly home, hospital, or anywhere really is a wonderful way to give back, especially during a season where we have so much for which to be grateful!

Read a Book // I haven't read a book for fun in the longest time. Any recommendations?!

Be sure to check out Meg's post and her bucket list on her blog today too!

What do you want to do this break?
xoxo

  3. I love your bucket list :) I finally got some time off of school, so I took the opportunity to read the Longest Ride by Nicholas Sparks and it was so good, a little cheesy at times, but still super good :)
