Hi August!!! My birthday month is here and I am so, so excited about it!
I'm excited for a trip back to Nantucket next week (!!!!!!!) and then Wisconsin for my birthday weekend! I am from Milwaukee, WI but my family no longer lives there, so I haven't been back since 2022; I'm so excited to return and head up to one of my best friend's lake house for a girls' weekend. Before that, however, I am beyond excited to head back to Nantucket next week and then to celebrate my birthday the week after... it's been such a fun summer of travel and I'm just heading into this month feeling so happy and grateful!
Hope you all had a lovely July; we visited my mom in North Carolina for the Fourth of July, celebrated Joe's birthday, enjoyed a girls' weekend in Michigan, and had some lovely family time this past weekend in the Hamptons! I can't believe how fast the summer is flying by!
Anyway, hope you love this month's moodboard!! I was tempted to say this is my favorite month of the year, but it has truly been so hot in NYC this summer that I'd be lying if I didn't admit I'm a little bit ready for fall... is that crazy?
