1. Happy Friday and last day of March!! Q1 flew by this year. From Vermont to Dallas, Telluride to Palm Beach, both my mom and Joe visiting me in NYC, and shooting my apartment in NYC last week, it was a really fun few months full of time spent with my favorite people in some fabulous places!

2. Last week specifically was really busy for me; I had two influencer events + a birthday party for friends, and for some reason, it just felt like a lot. I took this week off of social activities (with the exception of going to book club, because I adore my book club) and it felt so nice to cook, watch Daisy Jones, lay on my couch, and relax every night. I didn't even read (I do need/want to get back into my reading, though)

3. I loved Daisy Jones & The Six. If you haven't watched it yet, I'd totally recommend it! I feel like it's getting mixed reviews, but I thought it was great (I am pretty easy to please, though). I read the book a couple years ago and loved it (I think I gave it five stars). With any adaption, I always think it's best to not only read the book first (duh) but to read it significantly before watching the show or movie. Like, you can't finish a book and start the show the next night and think you're going to enjoy the show; I feel like your brain needs to forget about the way you imagined the book in your head in order to appreciate the show on the screen.

Anyway, I loved both! I was hearing some thoughts about miscasting, but as the show went on, I really felt like the cast was perfect.

3. Something else I was into this week: making matcha at home! I hadn't had a matcha anything in probably 6-7 years until a couple weeks ago when I got an iced latte with a friend at Cha Cha Matcha, and I was like, wait, this is good... then I found some matcha in my cabinet from a PR package from Chamberlain Coffee and decided to give it a shot! It's actually even easier than making coffee in my French Press because it doesn't require any tools.

Not sure if this is the right way to do it, but here's what I do: I mix 1 tsp matcha powder with a little hot water and a spoonful of honey + a dash of cinnamon. I just do this with a fork for now but I just ordered a frother! When it's all combined, I fill the rest of the glass with almond milk (I like unsweetened vanilla) and add ice + a bit more cinnamon. Sooo good!

4. Ok, moving on! Yesterday on the blog I shared 15 dresses under $250, perfect for Easter or other spring occasions. Even some are under $100! Check out the post here if you missed it.

5. This dress wasn't in the post (it's a bit summery), but I saw it and immediately ordered it yesterday. I just love the colors and even the cut-out sides! Selling out fast, so run! Also, love this pink version. It's taking everything in me not to order it, too.

7. I celebrated my 2-year NYC anniversary on Monday and shared a blog post on my thoughts here

8. This $20 sports bra was a random purchase a few weeks ago, but I love her. I really only like wearing a sports bra to my workout classes (like, without a top over) but I don't want to feel (or look) naked, so this longline cut is the best. They can sometimes be expensive, hard to find, or fit weirdly, but this $20 option is PERFECT! I sized down to a small.

9. Just me, or is everyone wearing silver heels lately?! Love this pair, under $150.

10. Last but most certainly not least, my thoughts and prayers are with everyone impacted by the school shooting in Nashville this week. It's heartbreaking for the 3 children and the 3 adults who lost their lives, their families and friends, and everyone in our country begging for change with gun reform. Here is a way to donate if you feel inclined.

xoxo
