Happy Monday! I hope you all had a wonderful holiday weekend celebrating our country with friends and family and lots of fireworks! On the fourth, I attended a parade and fun festival kind of thing with friends and then went to Summerfest (a very large music festival in Milwaukee) for the night, before heading back to see some fireworks. It was such a fun weekend, but I also have a few things to look forward to this coming week as well...
I leave for New York on Thursday morning with Carin for the SGG Conference. We had an amazing time last year and we could not be more excited for round two! This year, we are also heading to the Hampton's to finish off our trip, so that's where I'll be this weekend (SO excited).

On my plane ride home from Rome, I watched Still Alice, a movie based off a true story about a woman living with early onset Alzheimer's disease. The story is incredibly sad, but very touching, moving, and inspiring. The movie was terrific, and I am for sure going to look into reading the book! I would 100% recommend it, but make sure you have a box of tissues by your side. You'll need them.
