This Week's Top 10, Fall Recipes, Fall Shopping, etc

october outfit brown cardigan loose jeans kitten heels

1. Happy Friday! I returned home from Dallas on Wednesday and I am so excited to spend the rest of fall enjoying New York. I had a lovely time with Joe in Dallas; we golfed, got massages, and just hung out, and it was so relaxing as usual. I also got to see my friends Louise and Claire, which was a fun surprise!

2. While there, I made this pumpkin bread and it turned out SO delish! Just a note, I halved the recipe (except for the chocolate chips, of course) and it still made a large loaf.

3. Also, we finally watched Jury Duty and LOVED it. It had us both laughing out loud! If you haven't seen it yet, I totally recommend it. Just a light, funny, quick series.

4. I went into the office yesterday and wore this cable knit sweater... she's perfect. I have it in the cream and really want the pink and red now! Perfect fit and so, so soft. I would recommend getting your true size or sizing up if in between. Sometimes at J.Crew I lean more toward a Small, but I'm glad I went with the Medium in this!

5. I also wore this fabulous sweater and these silver loafers this week - pictured here! This sweater is almost a fuzzy material and I love the softness + the sparkliness of the buttons!

6. While we're talking J.Crew, the new arrivals are just SO GOOD! This chocolate fair isle cardigan, this red dress for the holidays, this perfect LBD, and this red mini skirt.. drooling. Did I mention the bow heels?!

7. Now that it's chilly out again, I've switched back to my cozy robe for the season. I absolutely love this robe, and live in it post-shower in the colder months. Would make for a great gift too!

8. This is my book club book for the month and I'm excited to start reading it!

9. Speaking of reading - I listened to this podcast episode last weekend about 5 ways to level-up your life, and left feeling so inspired.

10. Last but certainly not least I want to leave you with one more amazing fall recipe! Joe and I made this tortellini soup last week in Dallas and I'm still thinking about it... so easy to make, and perfect for lunch, dinner, or leftovers... yum, yum, yum!

Have a great weekend!
xoxo
