Guest Post From Charlee!

Hi lovelies! I'm Charlee Anne, from The Preppy Graduate, and I'm so happy to be guest posting for Frannie today! I wanted to share with you some of my go-to beauty products for the winter months!  I love to ski but the wind and cold definitely take a toll on my skin. Plus, I'm from Canada so our winters are a little colder and a little longer in general (except not last year!). Here's what I do to combat biting winds, steamy showers, and drying indoor heat.

Winter Beauty Routine

1. Drink Water | Dehydrated skin causes a build up of dead skin cells (ew!) so make sure to drink lots of water to stay hydrated for glowing skin!

2. Burt's Bees Naturally Nourishing Milk & Honey Lotion | I hate when my skin has scales from being so cracked and dry. This Burt's Bees lotion has natural fats and lactic acids from milk to soften skin in addition to moisturizing!

3. Dove Intensive Repair Conditioner | Conditioner with silicone locks in moisture so you don't get dry, brittle winter hair (the kind that static clings to everything).

4. Moroccanoil Frizz Control | Remember that static cling winter hair I just mentioned? The Frizz Control serum from Moroccanoil helps to combat that, too! Plus, all Moroccanoil products really nourish dry hair & scalps.

5. NIVEA SOS Lip Relief | My lips are perma-dry from skiing. Sometimes they really, really hurt they are so dried and chapped. I always carry around NIVEA lip balm, but their SOS Lip Relief is what I go to when I'm desperate. It helps to soothe dry and cracked lips while moisturizing.

6. Neutrogena Sensitive Skin Sunblock Lotion | Just because it's winter, doesn't mean you should forget to put on sunscreen! Have you ever seen a friend with a raccoon-like ski goggle tan? Not pretty. Protect yourself from awkward tan lines AND skin cancer at the same time!

7. Clinique All About Eyes Rich | Under eye skin is really thin & sensitive to winter winds. I use this rich eye cream morning and night (just a little applied with my ring finger) and it really keep the skin around my eyes moisturized and wrinkle-free.

8. MAC Mineralize All-Over Lotion | I like using this lotion on my face, neck, chest, and arms because it has a bit of shimmer to it which makes your skin glow like it's the summer time!

What are your winter must-have beauty products?
