What I Wore Touring A NEW COLLEGE

A new college?! Say, whaaat?

I always want to be completely open and honest with you all here, but sometimes that gets challenging when I feel overwhelmed with my life and I don't exactly want all of the details of what's going on out on the internet. If you have been reading my blog for most of this year, you might know that I just finished up my first year at Lehigh University and I didn't exactly love it as much as I had hoped. That said, I have shared with my friends, family, and sorority sisters at Lehigh that I won't be returning in the fall. That's a whole other story to get into, but for now I do want to be very transparent and say that I just have absolutely no idea what my plan is for this fall semester. I am trying to keep all of my options open right now, and one of those options does include looking at other universities.

Where am I looking? Well...

If you follow me on Instagram you might have seen my Insta Stories; I went to Purdue this past weekend with my mom to look around and see how I liked the campus of a bigger university. Purdue is my mom's alma mater, so it was fun to both scope it out for me, and get to see a little more of her college experience and be back on campus for her. Although Purdue was really cute and it is a great school, I don't necessarily think it was for me.

I will be sharing more details about this whole process with you all as I endure it, but for now please know that we are all pretty much on the same page; I have no clue what I am doing. I just wanted to share this news with all of you because I know I have been a little distant from blogging, and it truly is just a poor reflection of having my plate so full (you can even read more about what I've been up to in this post).

For now, this is what I wore to walk around Purdue on Saturday; it was 90 degrees and so beautiful. I love this new top I scored for a crazy good deal at J. Crew and these ruffle shorts that I purchased in Miami. I wore the shorts in this blog post that I shared from Wynwood Walls, and I added the fun puff on my pouch for extra fun. I love little accents like those in an outfit.

Have a great Thursday!
xoxo

  7. I wish you all the luck in choosing a new school or whatever else you decide to do in the Fall! It's so much better to transfer and adjust to new place than be unhappy for 4 years.
